Terms & Conditions

Becoming a Partner of MyPaymentLead.com (here-in referred to as MPL), you must acknowledge and agree to the following:

  1. MPL Partners must have verbal or written consent from each Lead to allow MPL, or any of its payment processing vendors, to reach out to them in order to analyze a few recent credit card processing statements and talk about their payment processing needs.
  2. If a Lead submitted by an MPL Partner becomes an official customer of a Vendor of MPL, that MPL Partner will receive a monthly commission equal to the MPL Partner approved Commission Rate (starting at 20%).
    1. The approved Commission Rate is based on the Processing Profit generated, not from the entire transaction fee. (VISA, MasterCard, Discover, etc. all have their own set Interchange fees and only they make money on those.)
    2. Commission is only paid out monthly on accounts generating at least $100 (USD) in Commission. If an MPL Partner is earning less than the required $100, their commission will ‘bank’ until the commission balance exceeds $100.
    3. Commission is paid by Direct Deposit to a US bank account. (We will need Routing and Account number.)
    4. MPL Partners will receive communication from MPL each month they have an active client generating revenue.
    5. It’s uncommon, but sometimes accounts with very low volume may have a slightly negative ‘income’ – meaning the Vendor and MPL lost money that month on that particular account. MPL Partners will never owe MPL or its vendor(s), but ‘negative commissions’ will be deducted from the future profitable month(s).
  3. MPL Partners will receive commission for the life of the account, so long as the Vendor relationship continues to exist with MPL. (There are no circumstances we can foresee this happening, but still felt it needed to be said.)
  4. MPL reserves the right to revoke Partnership status from any MPL Partners if there are at least 3 ‘bad leads’, meaning, for example:
    1. Lead contact is refusing to talk to our Solutions Experts
    2. Lead contact is saying or acting like they knew nothing about giving approval to have somebody reach out
